FACILITY ERP CONTRACT CLEANING & FM SUITE
Further to our new IMS, PEDY has invested in innovative Business Management Software called Templa CMS (Contract Management Software) by Facility ERP. Templa CMS is specifically designed for Cleaning Contractors and is highly recommended by the Building Service Contractors Association of Australia (BSCAA). This software, which is exclusively used by some of the Country’s largest cleaning contractors, will complement our new IMS and benefit PEDY and by extension our clientele via:

  • Centralised Contract Management with visibility to client via a portal.
  • Periodical tasks tracking for transparency.
  • Employee & HR management with integrated Time & Attendance
  • Live personnel tracking via touchpoint technology.
  • Stock and Consumables management to ensure correct items are used.

  • Online reporting on Finance, Payroll, HR, T&A.
  • Online documentation storage for easy access.
